Gold Paketleme Makine Gıda San.ve Dış Tic. A.Ş. is producing the Gold 500 – 4 Scale Full Automatic packaging machine. This is mostly used in packaging the goods like legumes(pulses), granulated sugar, dried fruits and bird-fish food. Also the pan-scale groups, which have a linear working system, are working serially. When the linear scale groups are started, all vibration slots are started to be relieved into the pans manually.
The pan, which was indicated according to the weight amount, is opened and the product inside is relieved into the packing machine. In these periods, the scales start to work and the product which was relieved into the packing machine, is pasted by the vertical jaw according to the pack’s sealing which comes from the collar section in the form of A+A or A+B. The flat bottom bag and its handle side can be added to the bottom jaw group in high basis-weight packs optionally. Also, hot and cold jaw sealing process can be used for the pack alternatives which have several specifications.
